The corona-virus (COVID-19) outbreak means that many of us are either self-isolating, working from home or just struggling to find our usual faves while we do our grocery shop. While you can still get food items delivered to your house by Contactless Delivery by Butter Burgers Delivery Services, it’s also just really comforting to know that you will be able to order a burger from Grab Food and Food Panda. To make it easier for those self-isolating, Butter Burgers has now launched Zero-Contact deliveries (by default). You can state on Order Note during checkout how and where you want your burger to be delivered, whether it’s at the bottom of your condo, at your front door or so on.This means that our rider will connect with you before placing and leaving your delivery order according to the Zero-Contact Delivery procedures. Ensuring a healthy and safe community is our shared responsibility and we encourage all to practice personal hygiene – whether at home or when out and about. But to make it truly contact-less, all deliveries must be paid beforehand using Cards/Online-Banking or PayPal.

The Contactless Delivery will be available from this week. This service comes at no additional charge and is in response to some customers wishing to limit physical contact during the current COVID-19 outbreak.

Butter Burgers understands the trust you place in us to deliver safe, freshly prepared burger and takes this responsibility incredibly seriously. ‘Given the evolving COVID-19 situation, we wanted to reassure you that the safety and well-being of customers and colleagues is always our top priority. Butter Burgers already has very high hygiene standards and strict food handling procedures. The World Health Organization (WHO) previously issued precautionary recommendations with regard to food safety, including advice on following good hygiene practices during food handling and preparation, such as washing hands, cooking meat thoroughly and avoiding potential cross-contamination between cooked and uncooked foods.
