All burgers are not created equal. In Malaysia, you’ll be able to discover various kinds of burgers that are going to be immensely different in terms of taste, fillings and flavourings. Let’s explore what it is that transforms an ordinary burger into one of gourmet caliber and what makes Butter Burger a better burger.
The Type of Patty Used
In order to create a great burger, you need to start with the main ingredient: the burger patty. For the best flavours and end result, a gourmet burger needs to be made with freshly grounded meat. It also needs to be made with parts of beef and chicken which gives out the best flavours. It’s why we always use fresh beef (100% Premium-cut) and whole, white meat chicken from Malaysian family farms. It’s why we only use farm-fresh dairy in our kitchen. We care about where your food comes from because we know you do too.
The Way the Patties Are Flavored
We flavour our patties with iodised salt and some herbs & spices. Hand-mixed and packed daily and used under 24 hours. The patties are never frozen and only seared when ordered to ensure the juiciness of it.
The Toppings Placed on the Burger
Anyone can make a burger with lettuce, tomato, and cheese. But a gourmet burger, on the other hand, has more than that. At Butter Burgers, we make our own toppings daily such as Caramalised Onions, Signature Aioli sauces, Beef-Streaks Jam, Carolina Mustard BBQ, Mango Habanero, Sautéed Mushrooms and freshly sliced pineapples served with over 8 types of cheese.
Brioche Buns Used to Hold It Together
Our gourmet burger patties are sandwiched between two soft homemade Brioche Buns and grilled with butter to a more palatable temperature on order. We don’t store any buns over 24 hours, that’s how fresh it is.
